packaging instructions

Follow these simple instructions to ensure your ghds don't get damaged in transit.

We recommend using a good quality A4 jiffy bag.

We strongly advise that you send your parcel using a signed for service from the Royal Mail or a reputable courier. Upon receipt of your parcel we will sign for it and email you, so that you know that they have arrived safely. We cannot be held responsible for irons which are not sent by a recorded service and are subsequently lost in the post.

Wrap the electrical cable securely around both arms of the irons

Print the confirmation email that we will send you when you have completed your order and put it in an A4 Jiffy bag along with your GHD's.

If you can’t print the email don’t worry simply write your name and address on a plain piece of paper and include it with your GHDS.

You should push them to one side of the envelope.

Seal the bag up and then fold it in on itself to protect the irons with the internal bubble wrap on all sides.

Firmly tape both ends of the bag to ensure it doesnt come apart during transit.

Securely attach the shipping label which is supplied with your booking confirmation email.

If you can’t print the email simply copy the address below onto the envelope.

Post the package using a recorded service at your local Post Office or with an independent courier.

On receipt we will send you an email to confirm that we have received them.
