Follow these simple guidelines to ensure that your ghds reach our repair centre with no extra faults picked up in transit.
We recommend using good quality A4 jiffy bags or alternatively wrap securely with bubble wrap before posting.

We very strongly suggest that you send your parcel using either a reputable courier, or a signed for service from the Royal Mail. We will sign upon receipt of your irons and update you by email. We cannot be held responsible for irons which are not sent by a recorded service and are subsequently lost in the post.

Wrap the electrical cable securely around both arms of the irons

Put the irons into an a4 jiffy bag with your booking confirmation. You should push them into one edge of the bag.

Seal the bag up and then fold it in on itself to protect the irons with the internal bubble wrap on all sides.

Firmly tape both ends of the bag to ensure it doesnt come apart during transit.

Securely attach the shipping label which is supplied with your booking confirmation email.

You ghds will be fully PAT tested before they are returned to comply with legal health and safety standards
