The booking process is simple. Place your order safely and securely here on our website. We will then process your order and send you confirmation of the booking, instructions on how to safely pack your ghds for posting and shipping labels to attach to the package.

Once we receive the faulty ghds we will notify you by email that we have them. As soon as they are fixed and on their way back (usually within 72 hours or sooner) you will be the first to know about it.

In addition to our low priced £24.95 Repair you will pay a one off flat fee of just £6.99 for full completion of the PAT Test and express registered return postage and handling.

Beware of other ghd repair centres that do not PAT test as this is a legal requirement and untested irons could be highly dangerous.
